Terms and conditions:

• Departure time: 10:00 AM, late check out should be communicated via the above cellphone no.


• Children Policy: Children 4 and below can stay in the cottage for free. Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the no of adults booked

PAYMENT

A Security deposit of 50% will be required within 48hours to reserve the booking and the balance should be payed within the next 14days from the time of the booking.

Full payment during the FESTIVE SEASON is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation to ensure the booking is confirmed.

The following mode of  payments are accepted.
* Cash
* Cheque – Payable to “TRAFIK GENERAL SERVICES ” (Cheques are NOT accepted for bookings within 7 days    
of travel)
* Telegraphic Transfer &  EFT = Electronis Found Transfer– Ask for bank details.
NB: Bank charges to be borne by the client.


CANCELLATION
If the client should not pay the full balance of the rental price by 30 days prior to occupation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund due.

If the client should wish to cancel their booking after signing this document, the notification should be in writing and the following charges will apply;

If in the event “The Client” has to cancel their reservation, “The Agent” will endeavor to resell the property. If successful the client will be refunded the full amount less 5% administration fee.

In any event, full payment must be received before clients’ arrival.

OCCUPATION
In occupying the Property, the Client and the Client’s party should understand that it is a private home and should be treated as such. Care must be taken with the Owners Property and everything should be left in the condition it was found. Breakages must be reported and a replacement fee will be charged.
THIS MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PROPERTY

 

In the interest of good neighbourliness, occupants are requested to avoid noise and behavior that might constitute nuisance.

At the time of your booking, please specify the exact number of adults and children - if the adults are couples or singles, the ages of children – over 12 years is an adult. No more than the maximum number of people indicated on the voucher should occupy the property without agreement of  TRAFIK SERVICES and / or the house owner IN ADVANCE. If Trafik Services agrees to increase the number, a further fee will be charged per person per night, this must be paid in advance. If the above conditions are not adhered to and/or any extra person over the above voucher, shows up to the house without prior consultation, the guest will be denied access to the property.

If you need to extend your stay, you MUST check with our offices first  (0720 853869 / 0738 853869), if the property is available you must pay for the extra night/s to the caretaker at the house on the same day as you enquire. Payment the next day will not be accepted and you will be required to check out as per the voucher date.  If our offices are not advised extension will not be allowed.

Please note check out times is strictly 10.00am unless otherwise stated on your voucher.

The Company and or agent asumes no liability for damage to person or property of the occupants of the Property.

PRIVATE HOME

Papyli Cottage is a privately owned homes. Trafik General Services do not own these homes. The houses are built to the taste of the owners and most are furnished to a level of good comfort. The idea of “home away from home” means enjoying the accommodation and facilities of another person’s house. All homes are provided with sufficient linens, towels, crockery and cutlery to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note these are not luxurious five star hotels.
Trafik General Services will not be held responsible for issues arising during your stay at the aforementioned property, this includes power surges that disrupt electrical items, power failures, water shortage, loss or theft of personal effects,
cleanliness and staff present at the property.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is advised that you are covered for the same as the house owners only cover for their personal belongings and not for the clients.
